I think that your acronym is fantastic! I really liked that you included a quick definition as it is easily connected to the values that you want to see in a school community. I also like that you provide a description of services, and a point form list at the bottom.
I wonder if the descriptive text could be summarized a little further, that way the graphic would be less text heavy, or you could have the option of making the text larger for readability. (I am particularly looking at ally and inspire).
